Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept Visa and Mastercard. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you email confirmation. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. Shipping And Handling

Delivery Schedule
We deliver your order as soon as possible. We will normally send your order to you within 2 business days. We will deliver free of charge to the UK mainland if your total order comes to £40 or more (before VAT is added). Otherwise its only £3.75 We are now able to offer a 2 day DHL service for orders received before 2.30pm on a business day and, for this we will charge only £5.95 which is free if you spend over £150.00 plus VAT. We will deliver to you by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery, or by carrier, according to the weight and value of your order. Usually we will deliver with 48 hours or sometimes sooner depending on the time of day we receive your order. However, we don't ship at the weekend so an order placed on Friday night may not arrive until Tuesday. The same goes for Bank Holidays. Please note that ALL orders require a signature on delivery! In the unlikely event that we are out of stock for a particular item, we will hold the whole order but keep you informed. If however, you would prefer a part shipment just let us know. We are trying to do our bit for the environment and cut out unnecessary deliveries. It's always your decision as we just want to make sure you are happy! The reason for return. Date of Purchase Our order/invoice number. No goods will be accepted unless authorized by us and the package is marked clearly with the issued GRN number. We will do everything possible to comply with reasonable requests for returns and will issue any refund due to you within 30 days of the date that we receive the returned items.
