Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept all major debit and credit cards and you have an option of using Paypal or Worldpay to conduct the transaction securely. You do not need an account for either payment provider, simply follow the on-screen instructions and add you card details, safe in the knowledge that you are totally secure.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you email confirmation. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Delivery Schedule
Due to extremely high volumes of orders, we are taking a little longer that normal to complete our orders. We will normally send your order to you within 7-10 business days.
We will deliver free of charge to the UK mainland if your total order comes to £30 or more (before VAT is added). Otherwise its only £3.50 or £5 if your order value is less than £10.
We will deliver to you by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery, or by carrier, according to the weight and value of your order. Usually we will deliver with 48 hours or sometimes sooner depending on the time of day we receive your order. However, we don't ship at the weekend so an order placed on Friday night may not arrive until Tuesday. The same goes for Bank Holidays. Please note that ALL orders require a signature on delivery!
In the unlikely event that we are out of stock for a particular item, we will hold the whole order but keep you informed. If however, you would prefer a part shipment just let us know. We are trying to do our bit for the environment and cut out unnecessary deliveries. It's always your decision as we just want to make sure you are happy!

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you and provide an Expected Despatch Date (EDD). You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Returns Policy
Our aim is to provide you with the best possible service.
You have the right under the Distance Selling Regulations to cancel the order. This cancellation period begins when the order is made and ends 7 working days after the day the goods were received. You must give us a notice of cancellation which can be sent to our mailing address, via email or on fax. Notice is given on the day the letter is posted or hand delivered to our address or when the fax/email was sent. It is not when we read the email/fax or when the post is opened.

If you wish to return goods for any reason please supply the following information:

No goods will be accepted unless authorized by us and the package is marked clearly with the issued GRN number.
Once you have given your notice fo your right to cancel we will refund you within 30 days.

Please note that all returns must be received by us within 7 days of us issuing a goods return note number.
If incorrect or faulty goods are supplied, we will of course replace or refund these as appropriate and, as quickly as possible. We must receive notification of any problems within 7 days of delivery of your order.
If goods are damaged in transit, please keep all documentation and packaging and contact us within 7 days of receipt for returns instructions.
The distance selling regulations allow you the opportunity to examine goods as you would in a shop. This can mean that you may have to open the goods to examine them.
